Had a really enjoyable time staying at Jackdaws. We found the cottage to have everything we needed. No wifi but we knew this in advance so not a problem. Sofa wasn't the comfiest! Not many amenities in St fillians itself but close to Comrie and not far from Crieff where you can find all you need. Great access to lots of brilliant walks. Our dog felt at home too and enjoyed running around in the big fully secure garden.

Lovely cottage. We were there in November and the local facilities were non existent. Would be great in the holiday season.

Jackdaws was the perfect location for our honeymoon. It was cosy yet spacious, beautifully decorated and had all mod-cons. Wifi would have been a bonus but not having the distraction of social media was quite welcome. Very dog friendly. Garden is a nice size and secure. Thank you for a lovely stay xxx

We thought the cottage was beautifully decorated, enjoyed the secluded location and found we were well placed to explore Scotland. I agree with a previous reviewer that WiFi would be useful simply to help research how and where to go during the holiday. I don't think there's much in the way of amenities in the immediate area but we found everything we needed in Crieff which is about 15 minutes away. We definitely recommend the cottage to others.

Cottage was lovely, very light and airy. Had the most comfortable bed ever. Had a huge garden which my dog loved and was perfectly secure. Only problem we had was we were unable to work the oven and had to eat out every night.

Lovely cottage. Ideal location, quiet and beautiful. Village has enough amenities but is still quiet to feel like you're away from it all. We'd like to go back. Has a tennis court but we weren't told in advance and there were no rackets etc provide - shame. Would benefit from having wifi and maybe bike storage.
