Iola cottage needs updating Jan 2016. Location is good. 10mins walk into the centre / buses/ shop and train service. 20 min s to the West beach. 50 min s costal walk to Conway Beware the Parking is tight if you have a big vehicle. In summer, we think the terrace would be great place to use. (no safety rails - if you have kids) However it is an old cottage, but if it was mine!! I would have been happier to pay more if the cottage was newly refurbish / decorated. Wood stove might be good but Central heating would be more useful. If the above items were addressed then , I would love to stay there again.

The cottage was okay. Access to cottage from car parking space was via 22 steep steps, which needed clearing and hedges needed cutting back. The fridge thermostat was not working correctly.
