    The house is well equipped and we were generally very comfortable in the house (husband struggled a bit with the large sofa) and the parking was good for our Mondeo. The paved 'garden' is a nice area to sit but would benefit from someTLC to bring it to the high standard of the house. It is just a 7/8 minute walk into the town. There is plenty to do in the area and we are likely to return.

    Great modern property, very well equipped, two good sized double bedrooms (1 with king size). Great location. Home from home. Recommended.

    The house is comfortable and well located for the centre of Chichester, which is a 10 minute stroll. It is well equipped with modern facilities. Access off the drive is easy. Overall very good. Only a couple of minor points. If you like music, the radio in the apartment is a little basic, so you may wish to bring your mp3 player and portable speakers. They have a range of non-stick pans in the kitchen but no utensils for non-stick pans which does nothing for the coating on the pans. However this is the owners risk and will not affect your holiday.

    Second visit. Excellent location, good parking and only five minutes from newsagents. Property in really good condition and apart from slightly soft sofas, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

    Very good but just a few very minor comments i.e. had to clean out vacuum as full of dust etc. and would prefer a bath mat. Also there was no where to hang up outside garments ie coats, hats, scarves etc which as it was torrential downpours for 3 days would have been useful.

    We were impressed with the standard of fixtures and fittings, and with the location, and the easy access to the town and the station. The wi fi was excellent.
