This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this lovely cottage and we intend to be going again next year. The only draw back is the sitting room it is such a nice room but could be a lot cosier . The log burner cannot be lit because of the shared chimney. Having said that it didnt spoil our visit Burford is a very interesting old town lots to see sns many nice walks around and about. There are plenty of nice shops, bars and eating places .

A bit noisy due to the through traffic so it really needs better double glazing to reduce noise. Also needs a blind on the bathroom window as the next door neighbor can see in. But genuinely an excellent experience

Really lovely cottage, very easily organised and perfect for a group of 4. Good location for the local area, would recommend.

Excellent clean period house very close to burford centre, perfect for two people. The only downside is the traffic, which is not unique to hound cottage, in fact any property on the hill. It's basically non stop from early morning until the evening, surely a bypass is needed.
