Ground Floor: With gas central heating and comprising:Open plan sitting/dining room: with wood-burning stove, Freeview TV, DVD and a selection of books and games. Kitchen: with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washer, dryer and iron.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: with king size bed and Freeview TV. Bedroom 2: with twin beds. Bathroom: with roll-top, claw-foot bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, bidet, basin and heated towel rail.
Bed linen and towels provided. Telephone for incoming calls. Initial supply of logs for stove. Patio and garden to front and rear with furniture. Barbecue. Garage for one car. Additional on street parking. Well behaved pets at £10 per pet per week. Forties Weekend in September and Dickensian Weekends are charged at different rates.
