Small cottage on private road . Parking possible outside. Well equiped and clean, but overwhelming smell from air freshners.

We had a very enjoyable week in Honeysuckle Cottage. It is warm (when we were there a cold wind was blowing in from the North Sea all week), comfortable and very well equipped: possibly more so than any other cottage we've stayed in. Beccles Fen is a couple of minutes' walk away: great if you have a dog. And there are also walks upstream along the river. There are plenty of shops within 5 minutes' walk in the town centre, and also Morrisons: nearer, but best to drive as it means crossing a busy main road. The only (slight) downside is that the property is in a cul-de-sac, which is best reversed in to. Also, the stairs to the first floor have to be treated with caution! But these are nit-picking points: we would certainly stay there again.

Honeysuckle Cottage is a delightful and charming cottage which is generously appointed and is fresh, clean and comfortable. We've stayed a few times and always enjoy our visits.

Very clean and cared for. Dining table not overly convenient. Tv needs replacing, almost unwatchable. Fine for short stay. Very nice welcome amenities, wine coffee etc

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. We had both T.Vs on whilst we were preparing for your arrival, we are therefore surprised that both T.Vs failed with the same problem. We have since replaced both T.Vs. If we had been made aware at the time, the issue would have been dealt with immediately.
