Lovely cottage. Very clean and cosy. The underfloor heating was great, in fact had to turn the heating down as it got very warm. Went to the golf club, (on site), for Sunday lunch which was very good value for money, £10 for 2 courses. Close to Sugerloaf Mountain which was a lovely walk.

Excellent cottage maintained to a high standard. Everything provided leading to a wonderful and relaxed stay. Definitely somewhere I would return to.

The cottage was lovely especially with the Christmas tree however it was let down by the inadequate signing and the incomplete driving directions and the rutted track you needed to go down to access it. It was particularly bad to drive and reverse into the parking space in the dark.

Couldn't work the heating at all throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi (although not a selling point on the website) was intermittent as was a phone signal most of the time. For those wanting to get away from it all, this is the perfect location but not so for those working away from home. Instructions on operating the cooker would have also been welcome within the book.

The cottage is in a lovely location and looks very well presented. Unfortunately the terrible mattresses and issues with the heating let it down. The cottage has underfloor heating which for a small holiday let seems an odd choice. It didn't work when we were there and with the weather cold and miserable that wasn't the best thing. The owner did come in on the Saturday to set the heating to timer but that never actually worked and still left us cold. Underfloor heating can't really be used on demand/timed and should really be on constant to retain a desired temperature. And he mattresses are too soft and springs have gone in parts of the master bedroom bed and could do with an upgrade,

Lovely place to stay with all home comforts and more. Tick all the boxes and more, the only problem we found was the track leading to the cottage was very bumpy and unlit and the torches provided didn't seem to work.

Perfect pad for a perfect weekend. Home from home! The only extra I'd ask for would be slightly better signage to direct you to the cottage.
