Stayed over the new year, had both cottages for 12 of us. Lovely clean and comfortable cottages hot tub amazing and beds comfy too. Didn’t realise when we booked that there is a connecting door to join the cottages so effectively we had one huge space! Julie, the owner was around if needed but didn’t impose. Gorgeous views fab log burner, kept us all toasty! Loved our New Year away!

Beautiful cottage set in rural Leicestershire. This lovely cottage really is a home from home with the added bonus of a hot tub. Foxton Locks are only a 20min walk over the fields. The owner is very helpful and more than happy to help with any questions. We will definitely be returning.

This is a farm building that has been recently renevated to a very high standard with everything you would need, and as an added benefit is completely wheelchair accessible which my son found great. The hot tub is an added bonus too. Waxwing is one half of the building and has a link to next door so that both properties can be booked together, if required. There are good bedrooms with comfortable beds in very pleasant surroundings. The owner Julie was very helpful and was on hand if required, and the property is easy to find. The surrounding area is lovely with nice walks and is close the Grand Union Canal, which has a nice pub, and there are shops quite close by. We would definitely stay again.
