Severe dampness in en-suite resulting in main bedroom having a nasty smell. Had to go out and buy air fresheners Compared to other cottages we had stayed in, we had stayed in a lot better and cheaper.

    Response from:

Response on behalf of the owner; Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We have been up and inspected this cottage and can find no evidence of any damp. The en-suite has an extractor fan for ventilation in this room; therefore, we have been and stripped the fan down to ensure that this is working properly. There is no sign of any smell in the main bedroom. If you had mentioned this during your stay I would have been happy to come and investigate this while you were present, as we only live in the village. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
