We found it was great to return to a warm and comfortable cottage as the weather while we were there was pretty wet with rain and snow.

Good size with private off road parking, well equipped and comfortable , quiet village with local pub/bakery and fish and chip van on a Thursday . would stay again, only negative was not very supportive mattress on the single bed, however it did represent good value for money and we had a great stay.

Love staying here, fab area so many places to walk our dog both in the village and nearby. The cottage is very clean and well stocked. This was our fourth visit and booked for next year

Enjoyed our time at holly tree despite a few issues. However the main two were sorted promptly. Property itself could do with a redecoration and bathroom definitely needs independent ventilation. The inclement weather enforced a relaxed week. Had it been better we wouldn't have been in the cottage as much, but we were and it certainly wasn't a hardship sitting in the sun room.

We had a great time at the cottage.. The WiFi isn't great and there's no phone signal but everything else was just what we needed.

Excellent, cottage. Felt at home as soon as we arrived. More spacious than we thought it was going to be. Everything you need for a great break. The village is wonderful and the people are so welcoming, the Masons Arms, 50 yds away is not to be missed, great food and great company. Walks along the river and exploring the castle are great ways to spend time relaxing.
