Delightful apartment, ideally placed for everything we needed - coast, Broads and Norwich. The welcome touches were fabulous and very greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay. Rhys & Holly.

The owners of the cottage live next door and they are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed watching a variety of wildlife in the garden. Ducks, deer and a variety of birds frequent the large and spacious gardens surrounding the property. The owners kindly invite guests to freely enjoy their lovingly tended garden. The views from the cottage are stunning and the sun sets just behind the cottage. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the conservatory or from the upstairs. The cottage was very clean and well equipped, but the bed is hard and I found that I had to put an extra duvet on top to pad it. I think we might have liked the downstairs apartment better, but it was booked. There is a beautiful conservatory, but it is down a flight of stairs so to have tea out in the conservatory, we had to carry everything downstairs and then back up again. Also, at the top of the stairs, there is a recessed step in the living room that I tripped on a few times. There really needs to be some kind of stairgate at the top of the stairs as the recessed step in the living room is a tripping hazard. It also should be noted that the cottage is tucked away down a beautiful quiet county lane, but the lane is unmade and is a dirt track with quite a few potholes. It was fine when we visited as the weather was dry, but I expect it could become muddy in wet weather.
