This is 2nd time we've stayed so that's an indication of how good it is. Went with 2 other families, all of us with toddlers. Gorgeous spacious house with indoor and outdoor games. Location good for days out. Great facilities although enquire shower could definitely do with more power. We'd stay again.

The website doesn't do Higher Farm Barn justice. It is a lovely property that was ideal for our family get together/celebration - ages ranging from 19 months to 71years. 9 of us in total (3 under 9) and plenty of space for everyone. Our youngest member was delighted to find a table and chairs at her height for all the important activities she needed to do! The owners were very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Am hoping that not too many people discover this property for fear of it being booked the next time we want to go.

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again as well as recommend. Showers are not the greatest but other than that, no faults.

We have just had a family Christmas at the Barn. We all had a fantastic time and the Barn is perfect if you want to have the space for a family of 10 to spread out, relax and have time together. The Barn is extremely comfortable, and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have spend a great time with our family (parents in law with two 'children' and families in the age of 1 to 75) at Higher Farm Barn. Lovely and beautiful location with friendly landlords.

Absolutely stunning house and gardens. So much space for us 6 adults and 3 very busy toddlers. Easy to get around and get to local beaches or national trust grounds. Even just walking down the lane, the kids got to see ducks, chickens and other livestock roaming.
