Peacefully located within Kings Chalet Park, this semi-detached property is one of a cluster of timber-built single-storey holiday chalets, boasting an elevated position with a view across the park. There is a communal lawn garden at the front of the chalet with own seating bench, and a short walk away, 20 yards, is the large grass parkland area with footpath leading to Cromer’s beach and a children’s play park with swings and zip wire. The seaside resort of Cromer has a pier with its small theatre hosting live entertainment (in season), promenade and gardens, beach, Amazona Zoo and golf course. Carnival week is held the third week of August. A great way of exploring Norfolk’s coastline is the local bus service, ‘the coastal hopper’, which visits towns and villages along the Coast Road. Sheringham is the headquarters of the Poppy line North Norfolk Steam Railway, and has other attractions, including a water park, RNLI life boat station and museum, cliff top golf course, Sheringham Park (NT) and a town centre with shops, café and restaurants. Also nearby, visit the RSPB nature and bird reserves at Blakeney Quay, Morston Harbour, Cley next the Sea and Salthouse. The property is within an hour’s drive of Holkham Beach and Hall (NT), Blickling and Felbrigg Halls (NT), Wroxham, and the city of Norwich. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

    Good value accommodation,excellent for dog owners lovely big exercise field close by with woodland and coastal walks.Cromer only a 10min pleasant walk away very clean,and locals all very friendly.sherigha

    Enjoyed our holiday. Perfect location. Beautiful coastal walks with our dog. Well equipped coastal themed lodge. Easy access to local facilities very relaxing holiday.

    I have never stayed in a chalet before so was unprepared for the size ie small but that is not a criticism of the chalet. I will know what to expect in future. However, in view of the size, more needs to be done to allow people to dry clothes and towels, such as a clothes horse to stand in the shower or a rack to hang out of the window. The minute size of the towels was unacceptable too. The play area was rather disappointing too with a zip wire which only half worked. The atmosphere generally was welcoming, safe and friendly and the cooking equipment was efficient, as was the shower.

    Lovely accommodation, small but well set up. Short walk down the cliff to the beach and stroll along the cliff top into town.

    Compact but charming accommodation . Chalet has been refurbished to a very high standard and is very well equipped for self catering accommodation. We loved our time here and hope to come back next year.

    A lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay. Fantastic location for our family (boys aged 9 and 7) with lots of outdoor space. The short walk to the beach, town and amazing costal views was simply perfect.
