With views to the surrounding fells and with a blend of modern fittings and traditional style, the cottage provides a cosy and comfortable retreat. The River Rothay meanders close by and there is direct access to the fells and lakes from the doorstep, with walks and days out to suit all ages and abilities.
Ground Floor: The accommodation has modern storage heating, double glazed sash windows and comprises: Dining/kitchen: With Lakeland flagged floor and well equipped with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dining table. The old pantry remains.Lounge: Cosy with comfortable furnishings, TV, video, DVD and old Victorian fireplace, the perfect spot to relax after a hard day on the fells.
First Floor: Bedroom 1: with twin beds. Bedroom 2: with a single bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
Second Floor: Bedroom 3: in a converted loft with double bed and beautiful views through Velux windows.
