Great place to relax and walk around. We had a great time and the weather was perfect so made a very enjoyable week. Local pub had good food and the New Inn in Talgarth did us a wonderful Sunday lunch.Would recommend .

Our party of 8 adults had an amazing weekend at this beautiful properly,we had the weather for a bbq on the Saturday which is supplied located in the out house(need to take own charcoal)we ate out on the Friday in the local pub, food was lovely(shame its only open fri&sat,we would of liked a roast dinner& watch the rugby there on the Sunday as the cottage has a small tv)plenty of board games for entertainment for all the family and a game of perfection was a blast from the past(still scary as ever)the house keeper was on holiday so we didn't see anyone on arriving but we had no problems, would of been nice to use the record player but a deposit was needed for the needle.really bad phone signal there and WiFi can be temperamental so we didn't bother arranging to get the needle(there is a pay phone though)..beds are really comfy, and there's a lovely relaxing bath(take bubble bath) :) and two powerful showers, ideal properly for adults and children,i will definitely be going back there, this cottage is fabulous and we all had a wonderful weekend!!

Great house in the foothills of the black mountains io the eastern side of the Brecon Beacons National Park. On the property doorstep are plenty of walks up the mountains, with stupendous views out of the living room. Property is huge with a well appointed kitchen, very practical boot and laundry room, and a great wood log burner in the main room, that helps you warm up after being out for walks in the winter. Stayed with my family and pet dog, property was spotless, and would definitely return for another stay.
