A delightful place, so quiet and peaceful, lovely to see the alpaccas, everything you want , Roses and cakes on the kitchen table. Only one thing to moan about is the creaky bed

Great location and a lovely cottage. One small issue, a working vacuum cleaner would be handy.

What a lovely well equiped cottage set in beautiful secluded countryside with wildlife to entertain and friendly owners nearby to help if needed. Possible downside for city dwellers is that satellite wifi was only just functional... mobile data was somewhat better.

We love Sussex and Henley Cottage is very well situated to access Castles, Gardens and the coast at Bexhill. The Cottage is fully equipped, comfortable (providing you remember to duck the low beam), and the Alpacas are delightful!

this cottage is very relaxing, spacious and well-appointed, set in a lovely environment. it is handy for Battle, Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne, and for some good country restaurant dining. The countryside setting is a strong incentive to Spring visits, with a variety of garden birds visiting the veranda, which is very close by the main window. our only request is for the mattress to be replaced, as it is too soft.

Facilities are good but kitchen needed more basic cooking spatulas etc. Otherwise a special place. Wifi connection did not work the whole week.

Excellent cottage, although small bathroom and low beams, did not detract from fabulous surroundings or the fact the cottage had everything you could possible need

Nicely appointed cosy cottage in a rural setting. Lovely tranquil location with Alpacas in close proximity as an added bonus. Owners were very welcoming and friendly and provided information when required. Homely welcome of cakes, biscuits, milk and flowers .
