Both me and my partner enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and relaxing and the hosts were very helpful throughout our time here.

Wonderful, quiet location. The cottage had everything you could need and the cake, biscuits, milk and flowers were a lovely touch. The cake was delicious. Lovely to sit out and watch the Alpacas.

Peaceful retreat, relaxing holiday home. Can't be many cottages with Alpacas in view! Within easy reach of both coast and countryside - many National Trust properties not far away.

Very comfortable, all amenities one could wish for, & beautiful setting. The pheasant cock was a wonderful morning alarm.

A delightful cottage, comfortable and with plenty of space for 2 people. The location and rural situation are attractive, and the E Sussex location is particularly good for local places of interest. The cottage's facilities are all good. We have only one comment for attention, which is that the lounge heater was not reliable.

Amazing weekend, perfect cottage only reason it did not get a 10, was that you had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. Beautifully equipped, everything we needed on hand, including wifi that works without dropping out (unlike other cottages we have been too). Made to feel very welcome by the owners who left cake, biscuits and flowers on our arrival. Would definitely stay here again if in that vicinity. Watching the Alpaca's while sitting outside with a cup of tea was a treat. Also, you can walk around the owners fields if you want too.

Fantastic cottage what a gem. We have stayed in many cottages over the years but this was the best. Very comfortable and the location and surrounding scenery was superb and very relaxing. Loved the double aspect bedroom windows.

A well apportioned cottage set in lovely countryside. East access for Bexhill (nice walk on the prom), Hastings, Great Dixter, Pashley Manor and a pleasant walk around the village. The owners are lovely people too as well as their llamas!
