Great place to stay. Dog loved the outside space and was safe for him. Lots of good walks just behind the house. Had everything in the house that you would find at home. A lovely and relaxing week away.

We got re-located less than 24 hours prior to our holidays from Ffestiniog to south Snowdonia. Although we were disappointed at first we believe we struck lucky with both the location, and the property. There are large grounds, with plenty of parking, to the front of the barn which was also ideal and safe for running our Border Terrier. We only spent the evenings at the barn as we were out and about every day. The kitchen is large and airy, and open into the stair area. The two bedrooms on the first floor are excellent with lots of room. There is a bathroom on the first floor, but the wet room downstairs is excellent for showers. I have a cold shower every morning and the wet room was just ideal. The location is excellent for everything from Cadair Idris National Park, hillwalking, the coast, steam railways and several good bar restaurants. Although the Barn is tidy, my wife felt that there were areas which could have been cleaner. All in all, a lovely location and property to spend a week in Snowdonia.

A fabulous and well stocked cottage in a pretty rural location. The cottage is set back from the road in large grounds which are secure. Our dogs had a fab time. Amazing country side. Beautiful walks and falls very close to the cottage. Lots to do and see. If you can't manage a lot of walking then you need not miss out on the scenery, as there a several stream train which pass through the country side. Will definitely visit again as so much we didn't have time to do.
