Lovely little cottage, garden perfect for families. Some very cold weather whilst I was there so whilst the wood burner is great it would be better to have some backup central heating system, the radiators are already in place probably from a previous system? Location cannot be beaten for Lytham and St Annes and of course Blackpool, anyone who does not know the area would be spoilt for choice for outings. Local horse riding school for one off lessons for those interested in something different.

Had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful quirky cottage. Played cricket in the back garden and the kids enjoyed playing in the little caravan. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

A spacious cottage near to Lytham St Annes, Blackpool and the Lake District. Great welcome from the owners and a large parking area. If you want to get away from it all a good place to go - log burner as well as other heating. Easy to get to just off the motorway.

The cottage is so quirky with everything you need. Peter and Jill were so welcoming and left us lovely welcome treats😊. The decking outside is lit up at night by fairy lights and it is so peaceful. The cottage is perfect for visiting Lytham, St Anne's on the sea and Blackpool. A fantastic gem that we would recommend.
