Still looking for the palm trees, needs better direction to find 300 metres from entrance... Accepts dogs yes, now know why it's a must to keep them on leads at all time in the park.. main road is busy during holiday season and fence will not keep a rabbit in, let alone a wee dug... Take a basic travel kit with you, washing up liquid, bin bags and toilet rolls.. Don't expect to be having a shower, as there aint one. Every thing else was as expected from booking a chalet, clean well equipped and caretaker at hand if needed, certainly was for directions... Dornoch is a wee town, don't expect too much from local shops, better stop off in Tain and use supermarkets on your way up.. Now remember your travelling tae the heelands and dinnae forget the midgy repellent, cause they bloody well bite...

We loved the cottage, I feel terrible giving 8 for cleanliness but sofa cushions are really grubby and a little uncomfortable to sit on, I would suggest buying replacement cushions or change sofa for leather. ?? I was really happy that there is a bath in cottage, as I am disabled I only have a wet room at home, I had a lovely soak, Site is lovely and buying peanuts to feed the birds was a pleasure. Liz is wonderful, I left my coat there by mistake, as soon as I informed Liz she posted it out for me. 😊. I hope Liz was happy with how clean I left cottage, we had a brilliant time and visited lots of places, I have already given someone details of cottage as she is wanting to book it. Loved every minute Thank you so much
