Lovely second stay. Appreciated the improvements made since our last visit (new sofas, extra storage and, particularly from my daughter's point of view, WiFi). The house itself and the location remain ideal for a family holiday. Highly recommended.

The cottage was very clean and tidy. The location is ideal for shops and eating out and makes a good base for visits and trips to local beaches. The only downside was smell of oil from boiler in downstairs toilet / utility room.

Hazeldene was a lovely, clean and comfortable cottage with most home conforts of high standards. It's within walking distance to local shops and restaurants in Tintagel. For a family accommodation it could have done with a slightly bigger fridge/freezer. Some of the furnishings have been updated from the pictures on the site which made our stay even more comfortable

We had a wonderful couple of days at Hazeldene the house is lovely and well looked after and it's right near all the shops and puds, so was great for us with the children as we could walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon. Thanks for a wonderful couple of days.

We have been staying around Tintagel area for many years camping and at a family property which has stunning views of Gull Rock, but as it was already being used at half term we had to find another property. Decided on this one because of its easy access to coastal path and the convenience of being able to pop along to the shops and Pengenna pasty's without having the bother of parking! Loved the view of Rough Tor from the back bedroom window and thought the whole house was very well presented. The boot room is so handy and the kitchen is clean and spacious. My niece commented that any bathroom that needs 3 Bathmats must be big, and indeed it is. Just needs Wi-Fi so we could use our Amazon fire stick, but we were very pleased to find a range of DVDs, books and jigsaws. Had a lovely autumn stay at Hazeldene.

Lovely House on the edge of Tintagel which is very spacious clean and tidy. The bathroom is great and has both shower cubical and bath. ample parking for two cars with a garden including a decked area. Only downside is no Wi-Fi at the house although there are plenty of cafes, pubs and the visitor centre with free Wi-Fi. Tintagel has plenty to do on both wet and sunny days. Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow are all within easy reach.

This is a lovely house in a great location, near the village which has lots of places to eat, several cafes and pubs, Cornish pasty shops and grocery shops. Its also a 5 minute walk to the coastal paths which give stunning views of Tintagel castle and the coast line. The house is spacious and clean, I read previous reviews which I felt were unfair, the problems have been addressed, the TV is fine and we had all the normal Freeview channels, including itv, to watch. The settees in the living area are older but still comfortable but the caretaker informed us they are being replaced this month. The garden was tidy and there's a decking area with bench and table to eat out if you get good weather. There is plenty of parking behind the house for two cars. We would definitely recommend this house for a lovely relaxing holiday and visiting the north coast of cornwall and we hope to go back there soon.
