A lovely cosy cottage in a lovely location, 1.5 miles from Denholm which has pubs cafe and post office/shop, and 5 miles from Hawick. Cottage is very clean and has all you need to enjoy your break away, sit in the spacious conservatory and enjoy the views or relax in front of the tv and on cold winters evening put the log burner on. We'll be visiting again.

The cottage suited us perfectly- a very rural location with a wonderful view of Ruberslaw hill from the kitchen window - but places of interest in the Scottish Borders readily accessible by car. The owner met us on arrival, and could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
