Lovely homely comfortable property quietly situated just off the high street. Caretakers Paula and Costa very helpful and accommodating. We stayed over Christmas using it as a central point for a scattered family to meet, and everyone loved the house, all agreeing that is "felt like home".

I booked Hartfield House for an early Christmas family get together and we loved the house. There were 8 adults & 4 children staying but at no point did we feel cramped, enough room for everyone. We had the bonus of the snow falling and finding a sledge in the shed made the kids weekend! I would definitely recommend the house and also add that Costelle & Paula (housekeepers who live nearby) were very helpful and a lovely couple. We would definitely book the house again.

Staying at Hartfield with my extended family celebrating a birthday milestone was a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Great place to get all the family together, nice big rooms so never felt over crowded. The closed in garden was ideal for our 2 dogs, with the house ideally situated for the high street and almost next door to an excellent chinese takeaway. Chipping Campden has has a really nice oldy world feel to it with lots of good pubs and close walks.

This property is not currently suitable for dogs. The house is lovely, clean and well equipped. The garden is not secure and until the boundary with the field with sheep in is fully fenced to a reasonable height we cannot recommend this property for people with dogs.

We all had a great holiday. The house took 9 adults with ease. Beds comfortable. Good location. Took four cars parking easily. Wifi reception good.

Hartfield is a beautiful house, a stones throw from the picturesque village of Chipping Campden. The pictures do not really do the house justice and there have been a number of updates since the pictures were taken. A new shower room has been added on the upstairs landing and an invaluable heated covered area runs the length of the house at the back, ensuring that you can eat and sit outside when the weather turns against you. The house is a good size and very comfortable. There is lots of entertainment provided such as games consoles, Now TV, televisions in three of the bedrooms, table football, a children's climbing frame, books, games and much more. There is good WiFi which covers the whole house and did not struggle with the many devices which were linked to it. The village has a number of nice pubs and restaurants and worth a special mention for it's good value was the Volunteer Inn and the attached Indian Restaurant. We attended the popular Tuesday Banquet Night which was only £9.99 each. The food and service were excellent and worth a visit. Hartfield is a great base to explore the Cotswolds but if you want to have a lazy week the house, gardens and surrounding village have more than enough to keep you occupied.

We used Hartfield for a family gathering - the property had ample bedrooms and a nice large dinning room and lounge for us to relax and catch up. The weather during our stay was fantastic so we made good use of the garden. The location also allowed us to go on several walks to enjoy the local cotswold countryside.

Very good for family gatherings and catered well for all children. We would have no problem stopping again.
