We were a family of 9, including a 5 month old baby. The property gave us the room to spread out if needed to. There was more than enough equipment in the kitchen for us all. All of the rooms were clean and warm. The house is in easy walking distance of the village. The only problem is finding it as the rad sign is not visible when approaching from the village. Overall it provided us with a super holiday with members of the family coming together from different parts of the world.

A good-looking house and lovely garden in an ideal quiet location in easy walking distance of Bourton on the Water with its many attractions. Spotlessly clean and very welcoming on arrival. Parents of toddlers or small children need to be aware that although there is a utility room with a washing machine there is no tumble dryer. Lots to see and many places to visit in the beautiful Cotswolds area. We were 3 generations of a family and all enjoyed our stay - highly recommended.

Really great place to stay. We had 2 young children and 6 adults but we booked here as there was meant to be 8 adults and 3 young children staying and there would have been plenty of space for the bigger size group. Overall, well equipped house and very comfortable. Good location as walking distance to centre of Bourton on the Water and therefore close to a number of pubs and restaurants and the shops but cottage in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Owner really easy to communicate with and checked all was well with the stay during our time there via text message.

Very nice cottage for larger groups but a little expensive.

Beautiful propert with nearly everything. Sky sport seems to be too expensive to have, so the pub is useful but actually more expensive.
