Lovely home from home! We stayed here in February on a family break (2 adults and 4 year old child). Good size lounge and master bedroom. Bathroom has no tub but good power shower. The kitchen is spacious Fully furnished. Great location on the Harbour road across the road from the harbour and start of promonade walk to the centre of town. Large Tesco's and Co Op also within walking distance. Note the cottage has no wifi and area has very poor mobile data coverage so maybe worth downloading maps etc. before hand, but there are many pubs and cafes with free wifi.

A lovely cottage, quiet, clean, comfortable and well equipped. No noise from the engineering business.

Spacious cottage in a quiet spot very near the beach, bus stop and local tesco only minutes away. Very comfortable bedrooms and lounge and well equipped kitchen . Lots of brochures to help us plan our week. There wasnt any wifi but we used the free wifi in Seaton library. We prefer a bath to a shower but we knew this cottage didn't have a bath. Mrs Dommett was very helpful suggesting places to visit and sent us items we had left behind very speedily.

Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable. Attentive owner. Good location a stone's throw from the beach, harbour, museum - and Tesco. The large bedroom was very light but beds were good and lots of nice towels provided.

Everything was great in terms of content ! Location was the question. At the entrance to a Engineering yard that had wrecked cars in etc.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the cottage and this was our third visit. It is very comfortable with a kitchen table for breakfast and a large dining table in the lounge. The settee and one chair have raised foot rests which is nice. The heating is good and the lower floor is very warm, in fact I had to lower the heat, while upstairs is cooler because of the long corridor, however the bedrooms are fine. The bathroom is cooler but adequate. The shower is good, powerful enough and hot water. The cottage is fully equiped, in fact there is so much in the kitchen that there is perhaps a lack of cupboard space for ones own food. The fridge could have better shelving. There is also a gas stove, dish washer and washing machine. The owner always has lovely flowers there and leaves a box of chocolates which is a nice gesture. The car space is narrow but OK as the car is then off the road. Two cars can be put there if necessary.
