Would go again in a heartbeat 😊 Had a wonderful holiday! The cottage also has WiFi now, which is a bonus. One thing I would say is that a group of five of us went and I think it might be a little tight on seating in the living room and cooking space if the full 8 people were staying, but like I said, this didn't detract from our holiday. The owners run the pub below and were always on hand if needed, but never intruded. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!

Loved it, fabulous house. My grand children found lots of hiding places. The steps to the house keep you fit but it's worth it as you get a fantastic view on every floor. Highly recommended

The house was approached via a dirty alley and up 20plus steep steps. The two bathrooms had been done to a good standard but the house was let down by cleanliness issues, particularly in the kitchen plus the shower flooded until we cleaned the trap out. Location in the center of town was excellent and 10% off in the owners pub appreciated but going in November meant that a lot of restaurants were closed and therefore other options restricted. A visitors instruction booklet would help.

Great cottage but access to it was awkward, having said that we enjoyed our stay and thought Barmouth was really good. We took our two springers who really enjoyed the beach but there was no garden for them to wander round. The house was well appointed and had everything you need.

We had a lovely time staying at Harbour View, it's in a lovely location. Access to the house is limited, you can't drive up to it and unload your car, you have to park on the main street and carry your things up through a small alley and then up quite a number of steps to the house, this wasn't a problem for us but it could be for others and I don't think the websites states this clearly enough. The house is lovely and we would definitely stay here again
