A beautiful bathroom with deep Jacuzzi bath and three lovely bedrooms on the various levels complete the picture. Outside there is large decking area built into the hillside. A wonderful place to eat, drink and savour the incredible views and amazing sunsets across the bay below. Gardenstown oozes charm and tranquillity. A lovely modern kitchen with built in appliances throughout. Large deep-silled windows look out across stunning seascape with harbour, rock island and surrounding hills straight down to the sea. First Floor: Bedroom: With double bed. This lovely bedroom is accessed via its own staircase and enjoys amazing sea views. Please note, some restricted height space due to sloping ceilings.

An additional put me up bed may be made available (at additional charge) to accommodate 8 in total - please request on booking.This property is accessed by 10 steps from the side and 25 steps leading from Harbour Road below. Large decking area. There is also a fenced grassed area beyond. On street parking.
