The cottage was very clean and in an ideal spot for touring Anglesey and North Wales. There was a beach convenient for the cottage and it was convenient to all the other beaches in the area as well.

A great cottage in a good location. Well equipped and comfortable. Only suggestions would be a little bit of work in the bathroom and bigger and lower mirrors in bathroom and bedroom as they are useless to a shorter person!!!! A washing line would have been useful. However, we enjoyed our stay at the cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Halcyon Annexe. We particularly enjoyed the garden, as we are apartment dwellers, having breakfast and on occasion our evening meal outside. The kitchen is very well equipped which made cooking a real pleasure. It is very quiet and peaceful and not overlooked at the rear where the patio set is situated. The only slight problem we had was locating the Annexe on arrival. It is actually situated behind the house via a path at the side. The sat nav takes you to the house but I was a little confused trying to find it. Look for the sign Halcyon on the front of the main house. There is a gate to the side path but it was propped open which is why we had a problem homing in on the property. The gate does have Halcyon Annexe on it but as it was flat against the house we did not see it. Other than that a delightful stay in a very very clean home from home.

There are several little DIY jobs that need doing, eg, a new plug in the hand wash basin of the bathroom, several cracks in the bath, plus we couldn't get the shower to work, to name but a few. If these jobs had been done then we feel the holiday would've been worth the money we paid for it because the building and location were fantastic.

Overall great experience. Only single complaint was the wifi, which was extremely weak and unreliable. But everything else was perfect and suited our needs exactly. Comfortable, cozy, and well equipped.

A great location and a small but perfectly OK bungalow. The only reason we would not stay here again is because we never stay in the same place twice.

Comfortable cottage in good location near the coastal path. Pleasant garden which we made good use of to sit and enjoy the sun.

Excellent little cottage. Great location to be able to explore Anglesey and North Wales. This was our first holiday with our 5month old son, the cottage and garden space was big enough for the three of us. We would definitely recommend to other couples and young family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the shops or pub. Nice surroundings. Would definitely go again.

Excellent, cosy little detached cottage in grounds of a larger property. The cottage was very clean, lovely and warm with a flexible electric system (ie not storage heaters!) and a water heating system that was truly hotter than a hot thing. The cottage description was accurate and the owners had provided information about both the cottage and things to do in the area. If there was one thing I would change it would be to bin-off the indoor TV aerial and go for an outdoor one; even though the transmitter is only 5 miles away it needs all the help it can get. A very good cottage.

No views from cottage but very close to coast path with excellent views on a clear day. Good 'days out' can be had to Plas Newydd and Penrhyn (both NT), and Beaumaris is nice. Cottage is easy to find with good parking and in a quiet but convenient location. Cottage itself is fine apart from the desperately uncomfortable folding dining chairs, and water flow was unsatisfactory.
