Superb large property in a quiet spot with lots of room so that a large party can easily find their own space without being on top of one another. Very well equipped. Lots of toys for kids. Only thing missing was a short snooker cue with a tip!

We had a great time at the farmhouse - it could do with a little updating, but we had a wonderful holiday. The narrow track up to the farm can be a little awkward at times, but not a big issue! Would stay here again 😊

Absolutely wonderful. A little remote but that didn't matter to us. It had everything we needed.

We last stayed here 9 years ago and it was just as good as it was then, plenty of things to do even if the weather isn't very good. The waterfalls nearby were more stunning because of all the rain! Some of us went quad biking nearby and had a great time.

The house was lovely with lots of facilities. The location is quite remote but that was what we were looking for.

Lovely property and fantastic views. Owner friendly and amenable. Our group had a lovely week ( we celebrated valentines, pancake day and Chinese new year ). The Games room with full size snooker table kept the adults entertained. However, the kitchen and bathrooms were adequate, but could do with updating.

A lovely, large, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. Plenty of room for the 7 adults and 6 children in our party. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a family birthday. Had fantastic weather for February which made it even better as the children enjoyed the large garden and surrounding countryside. Great value for money and would definitely go back.

I would seriously consider going back to Bryncaws Farm. Starting with the house it is lovely, large, spacious & we equipped. There were 9 adults & 6 kids but didn't get under each others feet once as the rooms are set out perfectly. There was enough space for another adult plus maybe 2 kids as there were cot beds as well. The bedrooms are all a very good size with enough bedding & towels to last a good couple of weeks. The house also splits into to to sides, one side has 2 double bedrooms a bathroom up stairs & downstairs has a snooker room, kids play room, toilet (with shower) & utility room. This great so late risers could stay one this side & those with kids could close the kitchen door & that side was quiet. The othe side of the house has a smaller sitting room (but not small at all) , a large sitting room downstairs, with 2 double bedrooms (one en suite) single room & kids room (bunk beds & single bed) & bathroom. As mentioned before all rooms all very generous in size & there in plenty of storage in every room. The kitchen is a nice size that connects both sides of the house & is well stocked with glasses, cups, plates, cocking pots/utensils. We had an issue with the oven as its electric & none of us have had one therefore didn't realise that it takes about 20-30mgs mins to heat up (plus the knives in the block could do with a sharpening but I am not picking now). The views from the farm are beautiful & are amazing at sunrise & when there is fog. Finding the farm was a piece of cake, but the final rise to the the farm can be a bit testing in very cold weather but there is a large grit storage at the bottom so not a big issue. This was planned as a quiet break for a week over New Year & it certainly was, there is plenty of land for you to wonder around & animals to see, the local amenities are a drive away so don't expect to just pop down the shop for a paper. This was country life at its best. We ent for some drives & some walks in local parks, the views were outstanding & the people couldn't have been friendlier. To summarise Bryncaws Farm it was an outstanding success for our New Years break, everything we were looking for quiet, peaceful with lots to do if you wanted. I also forgot to mention the full size snooker room, a great distraction for kids & big kids. Many hours spent teaching the little ones a trick or two. Also the photos that you see do not so the farm justice, it is bigger than it looks .
