The property was in a lovely quiet location with beautiful outlook. We were using it to accommodate friends for our daughter's wedding and everybody commented it was ideal.

What a fabulous cottage, great location not far from Alton towers. Enjoyed chilling out evenings with bar b cue and the fire lit, so quiet and relaxing. Would definitely go back again, thank you for a great holiday.

A fantastic property in a great location overlooking the Roaches. The size of the property is more than comfortable for 8 people. The pictures do not do the cottage justice as it is a lot bigger than the pictures show and a lot nicer. There are lots of great walks from the cottage, including tittesmouth reservoir, Gun hill and the Roaches. All this only 10 minutes drive from Leek. Many thanks for a great break.

Loved it! Delightful cottage linked to the main house. Owners around if you needed anything. Everything you could need and more was provided.

Just returned from our christmas break at gunside farm, what can i say the cottage was fantastic it was just great for christmas, it was very spacious cosy lovelly and warm just wished we used the log burner more as it was so warm we did not need it. It was well equiped only thing we missed was some kitchen utensils but we made do. The intetnet was up and down depending on where you were in the cottage but was a bonus as not advertised with wi fi. The owners were very accomadating even puting a second telly in so the kids could play there games and very friendly. Loved feeding the chickens kids did to, we did not go out much as wanted relaxing break but is a great location for exploring the area and not to far from the town with fantastic views. Would highly recomend thank you to the owners it lived up to our expectations and more. The white and Bouher family
