We loved staying here. So loved it. It is near the beach, and after playing golf we so wanted to relax and this was the perfect home from home to do that. My husband was anxious about parking but it is absolutely fine. Right outside the cottage. Stairs inside are steep but so good for keeping fit! There are great hand rails to assist. My husband always wants a dishwasher , but I take him with me for that purpose!! All extras are provided... we have stayed is sc properties where we have had to provide wash up liquid etc. Not here. Everything we needed was there. The bed was really comfortable. Thank you. So important.

Perfect location but basic for the price compared to others cottages we've stayed at. The bed was particularly uncomfortable.

Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the bed, unfortunately a Memory Foam Mattress may not be everyone’s idea of a comfortable bed but for most guests, they love it.

We loved Gull Cottage. It is very well equipped, comfortable, warm and cosy. Only a few yards from the seafront and a 5-10 minute walk from the village centre where there are many bars and restaurants to suite all tastes. The owner has thought of everything you could possible need from games to a sandwich toaster and more. We are looking forward to booking again next year. Tyne mouth and the surrounding area is delightful, a well kept secret, with so much to see and do even in the winter months. Gull Cottage was a real home from home and made an excellent base to explore from.

Wi-Fi not good. Does need a bit of a freshen up on kitchen walls. But over all fantastic place to stay. Would definitely book again.
