    Fantastic property in great location, shame its not bookable for 2017 as we would definitely come again, owner friendly and helpful, rang us on arrival to go through all bits and bobs giving helpful info. etc. Great location for supplies, food, drink, takeaways, and meals out. only 10 min walk to Tube Station. 10 out of 10.

    Great flat for our family of 5, bigger than it looks on the photos with absolutely all the equipment you need. It's very close to buses and very well located to go to the city centre, particularly handy for all the museums in Kensington. Interesting multi-cultural area where "real people" actually live, contrary to other places in the city. Nick is reponsive and thoughtful (thanks for the wine!). We have already recommended it and hope to be back soon.

    A really enjoyable stay. The apartment is well located in order to reach central London. Despite being a ground floor flat, this property was really quiet and located within a peaceful road. Use of a garage proved really useful too. Nick the owner was very amicable and attentive. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 children and was perfect for our needs.

    Property was roomy and comfortable for a family of four and well equipped. Excellent transport links and nearby facilities, yet still in a quiet spot.

    We had a wonderful 3 wks at this lovely home . Very comfortable for 4 people . It is a bonus having a garage for a car . Five minute walk to bus which takes you to Shepherds Bush tube or station on the central line, which is right next door to the big Westfield's shopping centre . Bonus also with a small courtyard and a clothes line . We would stay there again . Loved it !!

    Beautiful flat, everything you could need. Short walk to the Underground and fanastic for exploring London. The Landlord is incredibly helpful too, definitely recommend staying here.

    We enjoyed our stay. Nick was very attentive and helpful. Location is convenient to access public transportation. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The area had plenty of shops and restaurants

    Perfect conditions for a family stay : all required furnitures are present, there's enough space for everybody, it's very silent and absolutely clean. The landlord is always responsive (thank you Nick) and answers all your questions. I highly recommend this for a family who wants to enjoy London without the pressure of the city

    Good location for visiting lots of different places. The garage was a real boon if you have a small car as parking is expensive on the streets. The owner was very helpful and attentive.
