Nice Location in the countryside, the property could do with a sign on the main road to allow the property to be found easier. The property is next door to the owners which you can clearly hear through connecting doors. the kitchen is quite dark could do with better lighting over the oven/stove. the stairs are quite steep and uneven I know its an old property but could be unstable for older people. the front bedroom needs a lick of paint, cracked walls and damp above wardrobes. but nothing too concerning as its an old property. the property is ideal for a quick weekend away and having chickens appear at the door in the morning for food is quite amusing our dog was quite fascinated with them.

The view from the cottage was excellent. The location was very rural which is just what we wanted. The garden area with a table was super for sitting/eating/drinking outside. Plenty to do and see in the area.

We had a lovely time at Greig House - super comfortable and full of character and the surrounding area is beautiful and full of things to do.

We enjoyed our stay and the cottage was a good base, it is 3.5 miles off the main road and a fairly narrow lane and there are no facilities in walking distance.

Lovely cottage in a remote location. My only criticism is with the directions. It is quite difficult to find the pink house when it's dark!
