Green Farm ticked all the boxes for us. It was spacious with two lounges and there was a well equipped kitchen with large wooden table for dining. It is cleverly designed so that a large group can spread out and not feel cramped. There is also plenty of parking and as pets are allowed downstairs two of the ladies in our group were able to bring their dogs. It was also warm and spotlessly clean. The only small recommendation I could make is that a starter pack of liquid soaps in the bathrooms and a couple of dishwasher tablets in the kitchen would be useful. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion. We are keen walkers so it was great to be able to walk straight from the door and join up with the Cotswold Way. I cannot fault it and found the price to be competitive for the size of the property. If you are looking for a character farmhouse that is comfortable, well equipped and spacious in a quiet location, ideal for walking but close to the attractions in the Cotswolds, then this is the house for you. Many thanks - we will be back.

We had a superb week. If you are seeking an "away from it all holiday" but within short car drives to loads of fantastic locations Green Farm is for you. Our party consisted of 7 adults and 3 children of 8 years and under plus Jess the dog. What a marvellous house for playing "sardines" , lots of hidey holes which kept the children and adults all scampering about. With the 2 lounges, another room with a table and chairs, plus a play room with table football other games and a big hamper of other toys, a separate office used by us as a homework room with books for all and surrounded by lawns it couldn't have been better. Practically, with 4 toilets in the household and 3 bathrooms it was ideal. The bathroom in the back separate double bedroom perhaps could do with a bit of a make over and in here the shower over the bath was a bit dodgy occasionally coming through sometimes with cold water. A wow of a kitchen( huge) extremely well equipped the only thing I would have liked is another large saucepan. ( how pernickety this sounds!) The dining room lovely. How nice to be able to all sit down at one large table as sometimes although these places state for 10 persons you can only sit down 8. The house although large was very warm and cosy. Ideal I would have thought if considering a winter holiday. Certainly in late September it was brilliant. Lovely walks from the property, superb views from the house and absolute blissful quietness. Lucy, the lady owner, came down to introduce herself and ask if everything was all right. What a brilliant touch . I don't think you could wish for more.

A delightful property, lovely location but watch out for the (friendly) cows. Owner available if required. Only slight quibble is the bathroom layout, it really needs at least one more.

Lovely property in a good location-feels like you're in the middle of the country but only three miles to local Tesco. A couple of niggles, radiator in one of bedrooms needs bleeding, main bathroom plug got stuck in. Shame that the log fire is in the smaller living room. don't think it would be suitable for old people as there are quite a few steps around (which our three year old managed to fall down!)
