Brilliant place to stay - booked based upon previous reviews and did not let us down. Hospitality of the hosts second to none (they had put the heating on, got the wood burner started and there was a bottle of wine, a freshly baked loaf of bread and a warm apple pie waiting to welcome us!). They were also full of advice regarding the best places to go and experience. Cottage had everything we needed, was well furnished and comfortable. There is a great pub at the bottom of the road too. We travelled around loads so it was also well located for Limerick, Tralee, Dingle, Killarney, Cork, Kerry Airport etc. We have already recommended it to lots of friends and family and we will be staying there again.

Julie was lovely very amenable and if you want somewhere quiet to hide out its ideal. It's a little bit out of the way so you have to drive to places.

Excellent cottage full of charm and character. Well equipped. Location very rural and ideal for touring. Owner who lived next door was not intrusive and local knowledge and home baking was greatly appreciated. Local pub has wifi and 30 minute walk down quiet but narrow lane. We were happy to sit in front of log burner with bottle of wine most evenings. .

Such a lovely warm welcome from Julie & Joe. So very friendly. Everything you needed in the kitchen and such a cosy & comfortable place to stay. Would definitely recommend it :) Would most definitely return & stay again. Arrived late at night to warm bread and apple pie. Peat for the fire and a bottle of wine. Was also asked to help ourselves to salad growing in their greenhouse. Now that is hospitality!! You couldn't wish for better accommodation or hosts. Thank you both!! Dog friendly too :)
