the only 'problem' we could find was that the attic bedroom at the back did not have blinds to cover the windows and the friend who used that room found it difficult to sleep. also the same room had plumbing problems with the toilet and weren't informed of this prior to visit. otherwise another brilliant stay and will definitely return in the near future. thank you

We were at this property 2 years ago and had a great weekend. We had another great weekend this time, but were slightly disappointed as there are a few things that are needing sorted ie the shower door, some stains on carpets and walls. We needed to call the maintenance man twice to fix the tv on the Saturday, also when we arrived the hot tub wasn't heating up properly and we had to clean the filter ourselves and removed alot of debris.

Glenfern was a fantastic choice for our long winter weekend away. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! They really have thought of everything and the kitchen was really, really well equipped - I promise you, you wont need to take a thing! There we're a few problems, the biggest being no heating for the durations of our stay in the upper Twin and double to the right of the back door, and the blocked toilet in the upper twin that we were unable to use for the entire stay and the fact that the house was FREEZING when we arrived (we could see our breath) and took a good 5 hours to heat up. Little things that could have been improved on were: stoppers for the bar optics, better first aid supply and more dressing gowns for the hot tubs. Apart from that it was an amazing house and an amazing weekend! I would highly recommend it to anyone and we're all planning on returning in the summer! Thank you!
