What a fabulous flat! If I could have given 20 out of 10 I would have. The location is beautiful, if we had just sat on the balcony for the week we would have been happy. A real birdwatchers paradise. Porthmadog is a lovely place everywhere you look there are amazing views, some great places to eat especially the Royal Sportsman restaurant, a great coffee shop and The Australia pub is great if you like real ale. Loads to do also we went on the Highland Railway to Caernarvon, visited the Glaslyn ospreys and had some great walks. Will certainly return.

This apartment is ideally situated for trips on the narrow gauge railway to both Caernarfon and Blaenau Ffestiniog. There is also a lovely walk to Portmerion that took just over an hour at a leisurely walk. Also within an hours walk is Black rock sands beach with some nice secluded bays on the way.

We loved it. The apartment is small, but more than adequate for two. Very cosy and comfortable. The bed is good. I slept very well. Good curtains and blinds that keep out the light. The lounge area and TV is comfortable and the view is awesome. We never tired of looking out at the sea coming in and out, the birds activities, and the steam trains chugging into the station. Who needs a television! The walk into and around Borth-y-Gest is lovely as is the cafe there. Bedgelert was breathtaking in the autumn. We had a train ride from Porthmadog to Carnarfon and back, again, breathtaking views. I would love to return.
