We loved the accommodation. We found the double bed a bit small and the skylights had no blinds, so the light woke us up early. But overall, it was great accommodation.

An absolutely wonderful property, incredibly well built and with an all-encompassing homely feel. The quality of finishing and overall décor is superb and the spiral staircase has to be seen to be believed, especially with all of the LED spotlights illuminated. The various spaces (lounge, kitchen, dining area) downstairs are all open plan and yet still enjoy a degree of separation. The outside space is beautiful - think babbling brook alongside a quaint country garden and you're almost there. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, and all immaculately finished and with Suffolk-latched oak doors and amazing tilt and turn windows, a theme throughout the house. But the prize on the upper floor is the bathroom! as well as a walk in full body shower there is a composite stone bowl bath and stone basins - I'm a shower person, but even I had to try that bath! Couple a truly amazing home with a proper village pub that's only 100 metres away and you've got a holiday. In short we loved staying there and are going to book a longer stay next year and perhaps explore the village and surrounding area more, but then we might just decide to enjoy Glas-Y-Dorlan a bit more.

The property was very nice and equipped to a high standard. There is a pub just around the corner. We had a lovely weekend and would stay again.
