We needed a quiet place to chill out, and it was perfect. New Alresford is a delightful town and because parking is difficult, walked there a couple of times. I only gave it a rating of 8 because of the parking. The Bush at Ovington is well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful relaxing break at Garden Cottage. The cottage & surroundings were perfect, and well positioned to explore the surrounding area. We will recomend it to our family and friends. Would add, the steepness of the stairs must be emphasised.

Garden cottage was comfortable and well furnished. The decor was beautifully done in a way that was stylish and homely. The stairs to the bedroom were narrow and not easy to use and would limit the people that can use the cottage.

We had a fantastic weekend and the cottage provided everything we needed. The only issue was that it was difficult to set the correct temperature. This was our second visit in 2 years and we are very likely to come back.

A beautiful cottage; I only rated the location a "7" because it is a little in the wilds and quite hard to find but, if you are looking for a true getaway then this house is perfect. The cottage is exceptionally well furnished and decorated, you can feel that someone has put a lot of time and effort into making this house a home.

A beautiful cottage, very clean and spacious. Let down by a very steep staircase with poor access space.

There's only one word to describe this location, but I'll say it 3 times. Perfect, perfect perfect. I stayed here back in October whilst working away on business and this was more than ideal, the kitchen lounge and bathroom facilities were great. This was way better than staying in a hotel. The stairs to the Mezzanine bedroom could've been a little wider and not so steep, but then again I'm a middle aged overweight guy so not going to emphasise that point too much. If I didn't have to cut my contract short I would've been all over the agent to book this cottage for me for the next 6 months, I was so impressed with the place. The only improvement I'd ask for is that the directions to the cottage, once on the grounds of the farmland be better presented and or illuminated for those that arrive after dark

Beautiful little cottage on the owners farm. Had everything you could need even things such as Netflix, dishwasher, tea bags and washing supplies. Beautiful decoration. Very modern but still with character. Only negative would be the steep and narrow stairs. Would love to go back and even some friends are thinking of going. Thankyou
