Unkempt garden area not at all like the picture. Black mould on the curtains. Couch appeared as if acid had been spilt on it (hidden by a blanket). My one year old was eating pieces of leather that were flaking off! Sofa bed cushions were split with stuffing coming out. Bathroom appeared not to have been cleaned. Washing machine broke after one use. Rubbish bin was 3/4 full on arrival and not due to be emptied for 6 days so we had to take our rubbish into the village and use litter bins. Left after 3 days!!

Just personal but we found the bed very uncomfortable. A few issues which I left a note on was we couldn't get the dryer to work, the ice box in the fridge was completely frozen shut and the shower didn't drain well so we almost flooded the bathroom. Plus points, the location is brilliant and very quiet, had the bed Bern comfortable we wouldn't hesitate to return.
