Thank you for such a wonderful stay in no 46. We found it just 'perfect' .The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. A lot of care and attention has been taken .The setting was very peaceful and close to countryside though easy to wander into the centre of Bath( especially by the canal). Larkhall is a lovely area of Bath. The nest of shops provided everything- from an ironmongers to a farmers fruit and veg shop- and a small theatre! We particularly enjoyed eating at 'Thalis' the Indian Restaurant- superb Many thanks

A lovely place to stay. There was complimentary tea ,coffee and biscuits which was a pleasant surprise on our arrival. My children both loved the garden and a public park next door. The house was kept very clean and a lot of caring thought gone into making all facilities available. The stairs are on the steep side but this wouldn't stop our family staying there again. We got the bus into town ,which took the stress out of taking the car and dealing with parking. A great place to stay

Clean and well maintained properly. Sitting room cramped and stairs very steep. It would have been nice if some shower gel had been left and some bottled milk for arrival

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. All furniture and furnishings in good shape and the kitchen with all equipment one needed, but one of the 2 frying pans should be replaced as the non-stick is very scratched and damaged. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table looking into the garden, and the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect location - enjoyed the walk along the canal into Bath. Larkhall is great for all your needs. Can't always park outside and the road is noisy at commuting times.

We are frequent users of No. 46 and we are always grateful for the fact that Liz allows others to stay at her wonderful house in Larkhall. She is an extremely hospitable host and supplies the absolute best quality of everything. On our most recent visit we found that there is now wifi, which is the proverbial cherry on the cake. The location is also superb, a fantastic little suburb of Bath with an excellent bus service to town. We usually prefer to stroll in, weather permitting. About 25 mins. Can also thoroughly recommend Ma Cuisine in the village for ready made, home made meals. Fantastic choice and wonderfully tasty. Treat yourself folks, get booking.

A very cosy and comfortable cottage exceptionalyy clean. the large spacious bedrooms are very cosy and the beds are excellent. A well stocked and well equipped kitchen means you can cook and eat but in Bath why would you with so many excellent places to eat out. Forty Six is a little out of town but taxis are very resonable ad the stroll in along the canal is a joy. Overall a great place to stay in the beautiful town.

Had a lovely week at 46. Attention to detail was first class and the owners had gone the extra mile ( or 10!) to ensure their guests enjoyed the cottage and the surrounding area. Thank you so much and if visiting area again would book this cottage without hesitation.
