Boasting amazing sea views, Foreland View is an ideal base to explore all that the Kent coast has to offer.

Foreland View is a single-storey ground floor apartment located next to the owners’ home, close to the coastal town of Broadstairs, which is popular for its Folk Festival in the summer. With fantastic sea views across the English Channel, this property is a comfortable coastal retreat, ideal for couples who wish to enjoy a seaside break, near a bustling town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests will have private access to steps (approximately 50) which lead down to the beach and a private decked courtyard, overlooking the channel, for those summer evenings.
For golfers, Foreland View is within easy reach of four popular golf courses, including St Augustine, which has hosted the Golf Open in the past. This property is also ideal for walking enthusiasts, with Thanet Coastal Path close by, the longest continuous stretch of chalk coastline in the country. The Viking Coastal Trail is a 27-mile walk, passing through Viking Bay, which is where the property is situated. Cycle the Viking Trail, surf at Joss Bay, enjoy the fireworks on summer evenings, as well as the Dickens Festival. There are good rail connections to London taking only an hour on the high speed line. A fabulous little find, overlooking the sea! About 15 min walk from Broadstairs! The welcome pack of milk, eggs, bread etc was a lovely touch! No probs with Wifi! Fully equipped kitchen! Very accommodating hosts! Also equipped with loads of dvd’s & cd’s for those stormy days!👍😃

Very disappointed with this place, very cluttered and not very clean. Nice people but would not stay here again. Not worth the money.

Response on behalf of the owner; I am disappointed by the comments. I was available at the time and so I could have moved anything out of the house such ornaments. I want all my guests to enjoy their holiday, but the photos accurately depict the size and style of the property.

The apartment is beautifully positioned with a sea view from the sofa in the lounge kitchen facilities in the same area are excellent and very clean bed comfortable however bathroom door opens beside bed limiting space had problems operating shower and felt bathroom floor needed to be a little cleaner around toilet area which caused a slight odour which I could smell when in bed as so close to bathroom door Eddie very charming and very helpful

The owner lives onsite and is extremely helpful and pleasant. He provided us with essential starting provisions such as milk, tea, coffee and eggs etc. The view from the property over the cliff to the sea is stunning. We could sit at the table for meals and watch the ever-changing scene. Chairs and table also provided outside on decking in front of the property. Good parking, either on the property or just in front on a quiet private road. Especially lovely beach nearby at Joss Bay but watch out for the seagulls if you have food! And don't pay for the beach car park. Arrive early and park in the road opposite. Very restful and quiet place to stay.

We enjoyed out stay at Foreland View, but the photographs on line are very deceiving. The accommodation was much smaller than expected. The main room has too much furniture in it and felt very cramped. The kitchen cupboards are well equipped but there was no space left for you to put any food etc. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the items left in the fridge were well received.
