This was our second stay at the cottage and we will definitely return. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy walks around the area. The cottage is immaculate, we couldn't have asked for more.

This very well equipped cottage is in a beautiful location, it is so peaceful. The welcome pack and little extras were much appreciated. The friendly owners were on hand with local knowledge and help if needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and would like to return.

The cottage was well equipped and comfortable but there were too many ornaments etc on ever surface which meant they had to be moved in order to find space for our belongings. The bedroom wardrobe contained baby equipment (travel cot, bath, mat) which again required finding somewhere else to store in order to hang any clothes. All floors had rugs which whilst OK for my husband and myself were dangerous for my elderly father who has problems in walking. I am sure this cottage would suit most people but was not for us.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views. A bit far from the amazing history Northumberland has to offer but a comfortable environment to come back to.

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. Superb bedrooms each with a bathroom. The fluffiest towels I have ever seen! Hamper with wine and goodies left for your arrival. Owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make sure everything that you need for your stay is available. Couldn't fault this property.

An excellent cottage, well equipped and very comfortable. The owners were very thoughtful and provided a welcome pack with nice things to eat and drink. A very quiet location close to interesting things to do and see _ Alnwick Castle, Cragside, Hadrians Wall.
