Lovely comfortable house, everything one would need and very close to the beach. Just didn't like Seaford.

The house is modern and equipped with modern appliances and a good suipply of crockery and cutlery. Three toilets, two bathrooms, one en-suite with an excellent walk in shower, plentiful hot water. Has it's own parking area, very useful, and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade. It is only a 10 minute walk to the local shops including a Morrisons. Numerous pubs and nice coatal walking within easy reach. All in all a very nice place to stay.

We loved the cottage which was very clean & comfortable & very nicely furnished. Location very good as near to sea & shops. The object of our holiday was to confirm the fact that we would like to live in Seaford and the answer was definitely YES. Hence the answer of NO that we wouldn't book this property again. We have sold our house and buying one in Seaford not very far from Flint Beach House. We will remember it with fond memories when we walk past on our way to the sea. Our dog loved it too as plenty of fields for running in.

Great house, Great location easy to walk to shops, beach, swimming pool and station to get the train to Brighton. Would have been good to have bunk beds in the twin room to give more floor space for the kids, but overall house.

This is the second time we have stayed here and found the cottage to be lovely and everything we wanted for a home away from home. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The area is ideal for us as we take our dog and are so near the beach. Seaford is perfect for exploring the Sussex coast without the hustle and bustle of a larger town. Thank you for letting us use your lovely cottage, we do this a lot all over the country and really appreciate a comfortable (and clean!) base.

This is a lovely house on a lovely road 2 minutes walk from the beach. The town centre is very pleasant. There are a variety of shops and Morrisons supermarket, takeaway food outlets and restaurants. It is great for taking the dog, lots of walks and lots of other people out with their dogs too. It is a very friendly place to be.
