We booked this last minute and so had 20% off - the value for money reflects this. We found the house to be extremely clean and well appointed and it was a real bonus having two bathrooms. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds (not always the case), there was a nice little welcome bowl, the heating worked well when needed (once). Hot water instant, good cooker (gas hob). Odd that the washing machine insisted on drying for the majority of loads but instructions included! This was definitely one of the best places we have stayed and we have tried many! I would say the description should clarify the satellite to is freesat, not sky, and that the instructions should be updated in the lounge. Feesat is fine but just be clear! WiFi was excellent (again often this is not the case). The location was great - close to the small but well appointed town, and the beachfront. Nice and quiet and night. Good selection of games, books and so on if needed. If we wanted to stay in Seaford again, would definitely see if this was available.

Stayed at this place in February and enjoyed it very much so had to do it again, took a couple of pedal bikes this time and enjoyed some fabulous rides out with my Grandson. The house is well located for many things and Seaford is a place with a feel good factor about it, will be staying again next year at Flint Beach House. Would recommend taking some DVD's with you as there are only the basic 5 channels available on the television, lack of available channels is probably not an issue with most holiday makers anyway.

Clean and modern property in a very good location for the beach, trips into Brighton, and for exploring Cuckmere Haven and Beachy Head.

Excellent location for shops and beach. Could not have been cleaner, the high chair and cot were very useful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was lacking in basics. Uncomfortable furniture. No toilet roll holders. Only 5 teaspoons. Only one, stained teatowel. Front door 'sticks', very difficult to open. Noisy water pump. Very small television. DVD player not connected. Very thin curtains. Only one shelf in oven. Pans had seen better days.

Response on behalf of the owner; Thanks for your comments which help us to improve for future Guests. We had planned larger TV’s for this September but now will bring this forward. Of course, they will have two scart sockets so the DVD will plug in permanently. We have some blackout curtains already and will get more. There are vertical toilet roll holders there and I think you must be referring to the en suite extractor fan when you say noisy pump, it has an isolator. The furniture is fine and the front door is close to the mat because of sea breezes. We have now resolved the housekeeping issues.
