A really lovely cottage . Very well-equipped and with everything working well! We also were given a very nice welcome.

A charming cottage, very comfortable. The owners really make you welcome with a generous package of goodies, together with a kitchen that's well stocked with the basic essentials in the food cupboard, a good range of utensils and plenty of good quality crockery. A cut above your average holiday let.

Cant fault this cottage it was excellent. Comfy, quirky.spotless etc. The goodies when we got there were much appreciated. Very cold weather so log fire was so cosy. Hopefully will go again.

On first sight we were a little bit disappointed because of the actual size of the living-room . The photos on the Internet suggested more space. Maybe the photographer used a wide angel lens taking the pictures. And another minus point is the long way down to the loo from the upper bedroom . We bought a chamber pot right away!!!! But surely we had a very relaxed and comfortable stay in this well equipped cottage. The ample welcome pack and the really big fireplace were very much appreciated. A big Thank You!! to the careful and helpful owners.

10/10 for this property. So much going for it; brill meet & greet owners, facilities, comfort, accessible public transport, local walks, quiet friendly pub next door; one of the best cottages we have stayed in over the 20+ years of Uk rentals.

A beautiful cottage with every comfort and convenience. Be aware of the right of way, by the neighbours , that passes right in front of the kitchen window. The village is attractive.....except for a huge ugly paper mill around the corner. The local shop is useful and local bus and train services are excellent. The walk to Canterbury along the River Stour is fabulous.

Really fantastic cottage, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. Particularly great was the welcome pack: milk, bread, butter, bottle of wine, crumpets etc etc! no wifi, but I came to the conclusion that no wifi was a positive thing! The only other slight downside was the stairs are quite steep (we have a baby) but a minor issue. Would definitely stay there again.

A charming and comfortable cottage. Very thoughtful owners who provide a lot of treats and essentials when you arrive. Only real drawback (if it matters for you) is no wi-fi.

Our second stay at this cottage. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The welcome pack was well appreciated. Excellent bus and train services to north, south and east coasts of Kent within 400 yards. We thoroughly enjoyed our week!
