Lovely cottage, perfect area and location for us and our dog. Plenty to do and lots of dog friendly eateries. Owner couldn't have been more helpful. Very relaxing. House a little cold towards living room end but perfect excuse to cuddle up by the fire watching the river. House was really fab, clean and well equipped.

Brilliant cottage. Would recommend this property. Just a pity pets are not allowed any more as we would love to come back next year.

Fantastic house in a wonderful location. A real get away from it holiday. House had everything we needed and was very clean. Loads to do in local area and after a hard days sightseeing or walking, the hot tub was a fabulous idea. Would recommend this cottage to family and friends. We will definitely be back soon

What a beautiful place - pure relaxation, listening to the river and watching the wildlife around the cottage. A place to come to a full stop and recharge your batteries. We were lucky enough to see deer coming down to the river, and also a pine martin passing through the garden - a privilege indeed! While sitting in the hot tub, we could watch bats flying around. The proximity to the railway is not an issue at all as the trains go past quickly, and there are no night trains. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a place to switch off, relax and enjoy the peace.

Stayed here again in May it is a hidden gem and I would recommend to anyone who needs some peace and quiet. The pictures in the adverts do not do this place justice my only gripe is that the mattresses for the beds are not comfortable and in need of replacement if this was done it would receive full marks.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ferry House with our dog. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely to have the hot tub and private garden looking onto the river. Occasional passing trains but this really didn't disturb the peace and quiet at all. We enjoyed the close proximity to Inverness and surrounding beautiful walks. Glen Strathfarrar is nearby and absolutely stunning. Would definitely go back.

A good house, in a beautiful location, spoiled by frequent passing trains (up to 27 per day)& access only via a user operated level crossing, which I found difficult to operate for health reasons.
