Fenham barn had everything you could need for a large family get together. It was well maintained and comfy. We especially liked the wood burner and looking out of the large picture window in the lounge.

I stayed at Fenham Barn for 3 nights with a group of friends. I gave the location a 9 because it is an ideal base to see the local area but the village itself does not have a pub or shop. The barn was spacious, clean and well equipped. The weather wasn't very good as it rained all weekend but the lounge with it's wood burner was a lovely comfortable warm place to chill with a glass of wine in the evenings. It is ideal for big families or group of friends and I will look for a date, hopefully in the not too distant future, to bring my family. Good time had by all. Thank you

A lovely holiday cottage which was very well equipped and furnished, in a good location. Everything needed for a perfect holiday was provided and very clean. There was even a play park in the village for the children. An ideal situation for a large party of people.

Fabulous location Lovely barn conversion with great layout suitable for large family/ groups Plenty of space to congregate or separate Sadly like it or not in this day and age wifi is a necessary evil Would be nice to have choice not to use it especially as phone signal was very poor This could be a fabulous property but furniture/ furnishings are looking tired more shabby than chic Bit more TLC Main problems couldn't manage to lock or unlock side door so had to use the back door Inspection cover in garden was loose big issue for any curious little fingers and couldn't use 2nd floor shower if water being run elsewhere maybe time to change TV in lounge not that we used it much but wouod be handy for those with children who do insist on playing computer games (yes even on holiday!) though not continually Had problems with washing machine door Kitchen cupboards crockery and cutlery need attention some of this is down to people not using dishwasher properly but should be checked before letting Ended up washing most items before use

We had a lovely holiday and the suitability of Fenham Barn was an essential part of our satisfaction. The enclosed garden worked well for the children and we enjoyed evening meals on 2 of our 4 days sitting at the picnic tables.

Well presented clean and homely property. The oven had a gap where hot air passed through which made cooking for eleven difficult, however could not fault the layout and cooking essentials that were available. The house was lovely and warm and the kitchen table lended itself to perfect gatherings. Would highly recommend value for money.Had a pleasant break, many thanks.

The property was very spacious to accomodate our party of 11.Kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of work tops to enable us to prepare dinner for 11.Open plan dining worked well also the small sitting area downstairs allowed everyone to congregate whilst dinner/breakfast was being prepared.. .Enclosed garden at the rear of the property ensured the safety of the children and the dog, All the bedrooms were very clean and spacious. The rooms at the top of the house allowed those sleeping there to enjoy the stars at night.Plenty of toilets and shower rooms meant no queuing to get ready in the morning. The whole party congregated for the evening in the first floor sitting room where we had a few refreshments and enjoyed the wood burning stove, Very nice rural location the nearest shops are only a short drive away.Tip for future guests, ASDA will deliver to this property, we were grateful for this service as there were so many to cater for in our party.
