Spacious house, ideal for groups or families. Ideally a larger oven/grill would be useful for larger groups.

We had a great time and would happily book again for next year. There were 3 families, including 5 children and there was plenty room for all!

Fenham barn had everything you could need for a large family get together. It was well maintained and comfy. We especially liked the wood burner and looking out of the large picture window in the lounge.

I stayed at Fenham Barn for 3 nights with a group of friends. I gave the location a 9 because it is an ideal base to see the local area but the village itself does not have a pub or shop. The barn was spacious, clean and well equipped. The weather wasn't very good as it rained all weekend but the lounge with it's wood burner was a lovely comfortable warm place to chill with a glass of wine in the evenings. It is ideal for big families or group of friends and I will look for a date, hopefully in the not too distant future, to bring my family. Good time had by all. Thank you

A lovely holiday cottage which was very well equipped and furnished, in a good location. Everything needed for a perfect holiday was provided and very clean. There was even a play park in the village for the children. An ideal situation for a large party of people.

Fabulous location Lovely barn conversion with great layout suitable for large family/ groups Plenty of space to congregate or separate Sadly like it or not in this day and age wifi is a necessary evil Would be nice to have choice not to use it especially as phone signal was very poor This could be a fabulous property but furniture/ furnishings are looking tired more shabby than chic Bit more TLC Main problems couldn't manage to lock or unlock side door so had to use the back door Inspection cover in garden was loose big issue for any curious little fingers and couldn't use 2nd floor shower if water being run elsewhere maybe time to change TV in lounge not that we used it much but wouod be handy for those with children who do insist on playing computer games (yes even on holiday!) though not continually Had problems with washing machine door Kitchen cupboards crockery and cutlery need attention some of this is down to people not using dishwasher properly but should be checked before letting Ended up washing most items before use

A fantastic place to spend some time in a quiet village setting. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is included. An added advantage was NO WiFi which added to relaxing break with friends without all the usual hastle of emails and checking Facebook!!! Highly recommended for a holiday and very friendly owners who ensured everything went smoothly. Thank you, we will definitely be back again.

We had a lovely holiday and the suitability of Fenham Barn was an essential part of our satisfaction. The enclosed garden worked well for the children and we enjoyed evening meals on 2 of our 4 days sitting at the picnic tables.
