With spectacular views from the garden over the lovely wooded countryside of Bilsdale and riverside and woodland walks straight from the doorstep, Featherstone Farm Cottage is situated just six miles from Helmsley within the North York Moors National Park. All on ground floor level it provides comfortable holiday accommodation with the benefit of a multi fuel stove which heats the radiators. The lovely market town of Helmsley provides excellent shops for day to day requirements, Rievaulx Abbey and the National Park Information Centre are within easy reach.
Ground Floor: With a multi fuel stove heating the radiators and comprising:Sitting/dining room: with TV, DVD, multi fuel stove in stone fireplace and French doors to garden. Archway through to... Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, m/wave, fridge, washer and iron/ironing board. Bedroom 1: with double bed. Bedroom 2: with single bed. Bathroom: with bath, WC.
Initial fuel for stove and electricity included, remainder available locally. Bed linen provided. Towels not available. ’Z’ bed available for occasional extra guest. Lawned garden with picnic table and chairs. No smoking in the cottage. Ample parking. Private water supply. One medium size pet welcome at £10 per week. Please note: this is a working farm, children must be supervised. There is a drop and woodland at the end of the garden.
