We were a large family group of 8 adults and 3 children and 2 babies. The accommodation covered all our physical needs such as seating at dining table, seating in lounge, equipment in kitchen and in house in general very well. It was especially good to have the bedrooms on three seperate floors so family groups could have their own independence within the house. Ensuite bathrooms were greatly valued as well as the family bathroom for the children. The owners were approachable and helpful. Beautiful views overlooking town and river especially at dawn and twilight. Beaches a short walk away. We would say that the house enabled everyone from adult to toddler to have a thoroughly enjoyable time.

We all had a wonderful weekend staying at Esk View. The homely extras made us so welcome. The log fire the fresh flowers the supply of tea coffee cake and fresh orange for us when we arrived. The kids enjoyed playing all the games. No problem with car parkingCan't wait to stay again .

Such a fabulous house for our family gathering of 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space and easy to retire to your own room when the wee ones got a bit rowdy! Excellent kitchen with everything you need and the courtyard off the kitchen got a lot of use too.

Esk View is a lovely house, with great furnishings and facilities. It's a pity that the ground floor cant accommodate en-suite.

We had a lovely week in a very well equipped house. It is in a great position overlooking the steam railway and the inner harbour. Would highly recommend.
