The accommodation is a lot bigger than seen on the cottages web site, which is a big plus. very clean and tidy bungalow. There are no local amenities, so cannot really score this section. A very comfortable bungalow, no worries.

This is a terrific property. It's more spacious than the photos might suggest with a large well-equipped kitchen-diner, a large living room and two good-sized bedrooms. Mr and Mrs Davies were exceptionally helpful landlords. The only thing it lacks is WiFi and a decent mobile signal but I found that in rural West Wales, a mobile signal was often hard to come by.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Erwlon has everything you need and well equipped for your stay. Only a short drive to the coast and National Parks. Recommended.

The cottage is very comfortable, with great views over the local countryside. The local pub,Tafarn Bach,is a couple of miles away,on the A4459.Turn left from the cottage then right at the junction, opposite the local shop. The pub is on the left about a mile away.

Very clean and comfortable. Very spacious and particularly easy for my disabled husband to move around with walker frame.

Erwlon is cosy ,comfortable & clean, the large kitchen diner has stunning views down the welsh valley. Set in a small hamlet Erwlon doesn't have access to local amenities but Newcastle Emlyn with its takeaways & shops is only an easy 18 minutes drive away. The cottage was lovely & warm with a gas Raeburn providing heating & piping hot water , the beds were comfortable the best nights sleep I've had in ages. The lounge is comfortable with television & dvd player provided. There is no phone signal or wifi at Erwlon which was absolute bliss for me as my family communicated & enjoyed several games of pool on the pool table provided in the garage. Plenty of clear parking is given at the front of the property & as Erwlon is slightly elevated at the rear(& looks out onto a sheep field) a safe fenced path has been created to a small decked area which I am sure is lovely to sit out on in the warmer evenings. The kitchen was well equipped, a utility room provides a chest freezer & separate washer & drier. Erwlon was a perfect base for us to visit family & I feel it is perfect for those wanting a break from the rat race, it is peaceful & relaxing allowing you the opportunity to sit back & unwind. We found Erwlon to be a perfect little haven & look forward to returning again later this year.
