Just under a mile from the centre of historic Caernarfon with its magnificent castle and fine selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, this charming cottage adjoins the owner’s home and offers a convenient base for family summer beach holidays and winter escapes. It enjoys its own private, lawned gardens adjacent to the Welsh Highland Railway, and the station is within easy walking distance of the cottage where you can take a steam train ride through the stunning Snowdonia landscape to Portmadog. Bicycles can also be hired to cycle along the Lôn Eifion cycle path, and for the more adventurous, Zip World is easily accessible. This is a wonderful area for climbing and walking, with Snowdon just over 8 miles away. Golf, horse riding and Greenwood Forest Park offer family adventure, whilst Anglesey and the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula with its host of golden sandy beaches are all close by. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.
